Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to me, and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask at least 24 hours notice in advance. •Please be aware you will be charged 60% of the total services booked if cancelled without at least 24 hour notice. •If your service is booked within 24 hours and canceled, you will be charged 60% of the total services booked. •NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 60% of total services booked. •Late Arrivals: Please contact me if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 60% of the total services booked. I am very understanding that life happens, but I do ask that you please be mindful of my and my client's time.
